I have had this recipe since 1963. I know it's incredibely fattening BUT oh sooooo good. I eat just a couple during the holidays only!

In heavy duty mixer cream first 4 indredients until well blended and creamy. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time; mixing well after each addition.

Lightly flour hands and form dough into two large patties. Wrap each patty in waxed paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

On floured surface roll out half of one patty to a 1/4 inch thick round. Using cookie cutters, cut out desired shapes. Work quickly as dough will get to soft to work with.

Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven until edges are just barely golden-brown. When completely cooled, frost with buttercream frosting and decorate with sprinkles, etc.
