1in a blender jar blend the evaporated milk and cottage cheese until smooth and thick.
2in small saucepan melt the butter. Add the flour and stir until flour is incorporated into the butter and is very smooth.
3Add the evaporated milk/cottage cheese mixture to the butter mixture and heat to a simmer, stirring constantly until thickened.
