Proof yeast in warm water.
Mix salt, sugar, warmed milk and melted butter.
Mix half of flour and milk mixture in bowl of mixer and mix with paddle until combined.
Cover and set aside to proof until doubled.
Mix vigourously then add remaining flour and mix until combined, let rest for 10 minutes.
Knead for 1-2 minutes until smooth, then shape and bake in greased baking cups or pan in 425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
