1Heat oil to medium in large skillet
2Add onion and sea salt. Heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
3Add garlic and heat for another 5 minutes
4Pour mixture into crock pot
5Add all remaining ingredients, stir to combine thoroughly
6Cook on low for 4 hours, and on high for 2 hours.
