add oil and saute onoins and garlic add 1 tsp each cumin, coriander and chili powder to onions with chipotle peppers. add beans and corn and tomatos, 32 oz chicken stock and chicken. bring to boil and add one cup basamati rice bring to boil again then reduce to simmer until rice is soft
