Combine the flours, brown sugar and baking soda, and stir to mix well. Add the apple butter, yogurt, egg whites and vanilla extract, and stir to mix well. Fold in finely chopped pears.

Coat a 12-cup bundt pan with non stick spray. Spread batter evenly in pan and bake at 325 F for 45-50 mins, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool the cake in pan for 20 mins, invert onto wire rack and cool at room temperature.
