Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mix. Stir in milk. Pour into deep dish pie crust and bake at 425 for 15 minutes then350 for 40 - 50 minutes.
