cook wild rice for 40 minutes and cook chicken until done. then chop the chicken and set aside. combine broth, water, and chicken. Bring just to boiling then stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour until thick and bubbly. Whisk in milk a little at a time until creamy. Cook 5 minutes.
Stir cream mixture into broth and rice. Cook over medium heat until heated through 10-15 minutes.
