Steps
Sequence Step
1Stir together all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2Lightly beat together eggs and egg whites in a small bowl.
3Add olive oil, water and applesauce to eggs and mix well.
4Add liquids to dry ingredients and stir just till combined.
5Let mixture sit in bowl for a few minutes to thicken. Meanwhile, line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper; spray paper with cooking spray.
6Pour batter onto parchment paper lined jelly roll pan and spread to a 1/2" thick rectangle.
7Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. If it bounces back when pushed gently it is done. Cool on baking sheet, then cut with a knife or spatula into 12 pieces.
8Store bread in a ziploc bag in the refrigerator.
