Sequence Step
1Mix all ingredients except water. Once combined, add water and stir. Mixture will be difficult to mix (using hands works best). Press mixture into parchment-lined 9x13 pan. Cut into 32 equal pieces. Wrap separately with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
