Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 2 tablespoons butter 1 medium Baby Carrots (16 oz.) 1 tablespoon salt 1/4 cup, halves apricot spread Steps Sequence Step 1 Bring 4 cups water to a boil at high heat. 2 Add 1 tabelspoon salt to boiling water. 3 Add carrots to boiling water. 4 Return to a boil and lower heat to medium. 5 Cook carrots until tender, about 7 to 9 minutes. 6 Carefully drain water off carrots using a colander in the sink. 7 Return carrots to pan.
