1cook pasta to al dente. drain and rinse w cold water. transfer to large bowl. add cabbage, carrots, green onions, and walnuts to bowl. set aside. in small bowl combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. mix until blended. core appe and cut into 1/4 inch strips. add apple to cabbage mix and pour on dressing. toss to combine. serve immediately.
