Mix one cup warm water with yeast and 2 tsp honey, let stand a few minutes

Melt butter in saucepan, then add Agave, salt and mil. heat to 120 degrees

Pour milk mixture into yeast mixture and stir

Add 2 cups of flour at a time while mixing, then knead 5-10 minutes

Allow to rise for 1-1.5 hours

knead to remove puffiness, divide and roll to snakes then form pretzel shapes

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
