1Cook bak choy in skillet until soft. Keep whole or rip apart as desired.
2Chop onion, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes and throw into the skillet.
3Add the red wine (i use red Zinfandel). Keep over heat for about 10 min or until fully cooked (stir occasionally).
