Cook onions and peppers in oil until onions are transparent.

Add ground beef to onions and peppers and cook until until brown.

Drain fat.

Add all canned tomato products to beef mixture. Cover and cook on low heat about 30-40 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Drain, and rinse with hot water.

Return pasta to pan and add sauce.
