1Brown beef in lg saucepan over med heat. Drain.
2Add onion, carro, celery,
3Add remaining ingredients, except pasta, and simmer 1hr.
4About 50min into simmering, cook pasta in 1 1/2 to 2 qts boiling water over high heat. Cook for 10min or until slightly tough. Drain.
5Add pasta to soup. Simmer for 5 - 10 min more
