1Place diced canadian bacon and chopped veggies in the bottom of the muffin pan.
2Combine shredded cheese and egg beaters in a glass dish.
3Pour egg mixture over veggies and canadian bacon in each cup until full.
4Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes and let cool.
5Serving size is 2 "muffins."
