Brown beef with garlic cloves and onion over medium heat. Once beef is no longer pink, drain fat. Sprinkle cinnamon, garlic powder, 2 tsp. oregano, cumin, salt and pepper.

Stir in 1 can beef broth, diced tomatoes-no salt added and undrained, tomato paste and water. Bring to boil and stir in pasta. Reduce heat, cover and cook 10 min or until pasta is nearly done. Stir in thawed green beans.
