Recipe Description I initially began making this recipe after eating chicken marsala at a restaurant in 1994 and had to try it at home because it was delicious. I have since tweaked the recipe and still love chicken marsala.

Chicken Marsala

Steps
Sequence Step
1Boil 2 cups of water in a large pot.
2Add noodles.
3Turn fire to high and bring to a boil.
4Turn fire to medium and cook uncovered for 7 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached.
5Strain noodles and run under cold water for 30 seconds and set aside.
