1In a medium bowl season the chicken breast with: basil, sazon Goya, black pepper, garlic power, and sesame seeds. In an extra- large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat and stir fry the seasoned chicken breast for 2 minutes. Add the vegetables in the skillet with the chicken breast. Mix the package of stir fry mix with 2/3 cups of water and a tablespoon of soy sauce gradually adding it to the chicken and vegetables let it simmer until the vegetables are aldente. In a medium sauce pan bring 3 cups of water with 2 tablespoons of salt, ½ cup cooking oil to a boil. Add pasta. Drain; return to sauce pan. Cover to keep warm. Serve chicken stir fry over enriched pasta. serves12
