Sequence Step
1Saute mushrooms and tomatoes in olive oil
2remove from pan when soft
3whisk egg whites and egg and put into pan
4lift eggs of omelet so that egg mixture runs under omelet until it is mostly cooked
5put tomato misture on half of omelet
6fold over and cook until there is no more runny eggs seeping out
