wheat germ

soy flour

non-fat instant milk

Place in large bowl the yeast, water, honey, salt and oil. Mix and let stand

Measure and stir the flour, wheat germ, soy flour and nonfat dry milk

Stir the liquids and add while stirring 1/2 to 3/4 of flour mixture

Beat vigorously, 75 strokes by hand or 2 minutes with electric mixer

Add remaining flour mixture

Work and mix the flour in for about 5 minutes

Knead the dough, using 1 to 3 cups more flour til dough is smooth

Place in oil bowl and let rise for 1 hour

Punch dough sown and let rise for another 20 mins or until double again. Turn onto board and divide into 3 portions. Cover and let stand for 10 mins

Shape portions into loafs and place in oiled pans. Let rise in pan until double the size or about 45 mins.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 mins or until golden brown
