In a separate Large mixing bowl, beat Sugar and Eggs with a whisk until light and fluffy. (10 minutes if done by hand)

Drizzle oil into the sugar and egg mixture.
Mix in bananas, cream and vanilla.

Fold in dry ingredients (walnuts and the ingredients from step 3)thoroughly mix.

Evenly pour out mixture into loaf pan(s).

Place on top rack in the oven and bake at 350F for 45-60mins.

*OPTIONAL:
Once bread begins to bake and the top is slightly firm enough, take a knife and lightly cut a slit on top of the bread. This will create a nice split top look to your delicious Banana Nut Bread.

After 45 minutes, check bread with a clean toothpick. If it comes out clean, then the bread is ready to take out of the oven. If not, let it stay in for 10 minutes or the full remaining 15 minutes.

Let bread completely cool before attempting to remove from pans.

Once cool, remove bread and slice into 10 even slices, serve and Enjoy!
