Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the chickpeas and spices together. Spray with Pam and combine until spices stick to peas. Pour onto a cookie sheet lines with a silpat or parchment paper. Bake for 50 minutes (or until desired crispness), shaking the pan every 15 minutes. Enjoy warm or room temperature. Store in air-tight container (if there are any leftovers!).
