Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 4 cups diced potatoes 6 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons dill weed Steps Sequence Step 1 Peel and dice potatoes. 2 Place in pan on stovetop and set on medium high heat. 3 Add 3 tbs olive oil. Stir to coat. 4 Turn potatoes every 5-6 minutes to allow the bottoms to brown. Cook for 20 minutes. 5 Add the rest of the olive oil and the dill. Stir to coat. Heat oil through and serve.
