| 1 | beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla, apply sauce, peanut butter. Stir in coconut. mix dry ingrediants in a seperate bowl. Stir dry ing. into the peanut butter mixture. Drop onto a baking sheet in 1 1/2 Tab. rounds. press to faltten. bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. cool on rack. |
