soak nuts and seeds overnight in same bowl

soak raisins in 1 cup of water over night

puree raisins and the raisin water in food processor until smooth

add drained nuts and seeds and pulse until it resembles granola

add salt, cinnamon, and vanilla, pulse to blend well

spread mixture on parchment paper-lined cookie sheets and bake at 250 degrees for 50 minutes or until it reaches the your desired dryness
