Spray grill with a coating of grilling spray and place above coals, to get hot for a few minutes.

When a few minutes have passed, place steak in center and time for 3 minutes. When 3 minutes have elapsed rotate wit tongs the steak 90 degrees and time for 3 minutes.

When 3 minutes have elapsed turn steak over with tongs and again time for 3 minutes.When 3 minutes have elapsed rotate with tongs the steak 90 degrees and time for three minutes.

When 3 minutes have elapsed remove steak from grill to heated plate. Let rest for a few minutes and cut into servings.
