Whisk together eggs milk bacon and grated Romano cheese
Heat oil and saute oer medium heat garlic and onion and cook 2 mins.
Add zucchini and asparagus to pan. Suate 4-5 mins.Add mushrooms, chopped tomato and saute another 2 mins. Add egg mix and cook 4-5 mins until set on bottom
Place the frittat into oven and briol until golden and fluffy.Remove from pan and cut into 6 portions.
