teaspooncream of tartar

tablespoonground flax seeds

teaspoonvanilla extract

cupsSoft White Wheat Flour (freshly milled)

teaspoonssugar - Organic cane juice crystals

teaspooncinnamon, ground
Steps
Sequence Step
1Beat the butter in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium to high speed until crfeamy.
2Add 1 cup of sucanat, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
3Beat until combined.
4Beat in water and flax seed.
5Beat in the egg and vanilla until combined.
6Beat in as much flour as you can.
7Stir remaining flour.
8Cover and chill for 1 hour.
9Combine 2 tablespoon of sugar with cinnamon. Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls.
10Roll balls in sugar and cinnamon mixture to coat.
11Place balls 2 inched apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
12Bake at 375 for 10 - 11 minutes.
