Steps

1Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9X9 baking pan.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, canola oil. brown sugar, soymilk, and vanilla. Stir to mix thoroughly.
3Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir to combine.
4Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
5Spread batter in baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden and top is firm.
6Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes.
7Cool on wire rack. Cut into 16 pieces.
