Combine Ground Beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, 1/4 cup tomato puree and water. Mix together well. Form into a loaf shape and place in shallow 7x10 pan

In a saucepan, combine cider vinegar, brown sugar, prepared mustard, rest of tomato puree and worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil.

Pour sauce over meatloaf

Bake at 350 for 1 hr. 15 minutes while occasionally basting.
