cup (8 fl oz)barbecue sauce
Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop 1 cup of oatmeal very fine and mix with remaining oatmeal.
2Chop walnuts into a fine mixture.
3Chop onion finely.
4Mix oatmeal, walnuts, onion, garlic, old bay and barbeque sauce.
5Boil 2 cups of water and add flaxseed meal. Let sit until thickened.
6Add flaxseed into mixture.
7Place patties on cookie sheets sprayed with non-stick spray.
8Cook at 375 for 15 minutes per side.
