Chop 1 cup of oatmeal very fine and mix with remaining oatmeal.

Chop walnuts into a fine mixture.

Chop onion finely.

Mix oatmeal, walnuts, onion, garlic, old bay and barbeque sauce.

Boil 2 cups of water and add flaxseed meal. Let sit until thickened.

Add flaxseed into mixture.

Place patties on cookie sheets sprayed with non-stick spray.

Cook at 375 for 15 minutes per side.
