Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix chicken, sour cream, black beans, and 3/4 of the enchilada sauce in a bowl.
2Spray pan with olive oil and put one layer of corn tortillas in the pan.
3Layer chicken mixture and cheese on top of tortillas. Repeat 2 more times, so that there are 3 layers.
4Place final layer of tortillas on top and top with the rest of the enchilada sauce and cheese.
5Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
