dissolve yeast in water

mix flour and salt in a bowl

add yeasy and water mixture to flour

mix on low with a dough hook until dough forms

scrap down bowl

mix on low for 5 minutes

increase speed to medium for 15 minutes

cover and let rise for 1 hour

portion into 12 oz balls and let rest for 5 minutes

shape into loaves

let rise for 20 minutes in warm moist place

bake at 475 for 20 miutes. Rotate half way through baking time.
