Steps
Sequence Step
1Salt a small pot of water and bring to a boil for your pasta
2When the water is at a boil, put in 2 oz of rozoni smart pasta
3Meanwhile, heat 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil in a non stick wok (or saute pan) over medium-high heat
4Add sliced onion, tofu and mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes
5next add carrots, edamame and broccoli florets...heat through
6Thoroughly drain pasta and add it to the vegetable mixture
7Add 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil and 1 TBSP reduced sodium soy sauce and stir fry for 1 minute
8Sit down and enjoy your healthy creation!
