Mash black beans into a paste and combine evenly with miso paste

Cover bottom of a large platter or two lunch plates with tortilla chips

Cover chips with layers of bean/miso paste, green onions, red pepper, bok choy and shredded skim mozzarella cheese

Cover plate/s with a paper towel and microwave until cheese is melted over veggies and chips (about one minute)

Uncover plate/s and cover warm layers with cool layers of cilantro, bean sprouts and avocado cubes

In the center of the dish, plop on dollops of sour cream

Cover dollops of sour cream with shredded wasabi root or two neat dollops of wasabi paste

Cover sour cream and wasabi dollops with finely cubed bits of green chiles
