Sequence Step
1Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, add 2 cups of carrots and toss to combine. Place both sugars and butter in mixing bowl and mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture, buttermilk, and orange juice. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Spray pan with cooking spray and Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done in middle.
