1mix dry ingredients seperately.
2Mash banana in a medium bowl. Add egg whites, yogurt, splenda, molasses, applesauce and extract. Whisk until frothy. Mix in dry ingredients just until moistened. Divide into 6 muffin cups sprayed with non-stick spray. Sprinkle with oats. Bake at 375 for 18 minutes.
