Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners. 2. Mix together wheat bran and soured skim milk. Let stand for 10 min. 3.Beat together oil,egg,sugar,and vanilla and add to milk/bran mixture. Sift together flour,baking soda,baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir flour mixture into milk mixture until just blended. Fold in apples and spoon batter into preparted muffin tins. 4.Bake 15 min or until toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean.
