1In a large bowl, mix together the oats, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flaxseed meal.
2Beat the egg white in a small bowl, add the milk and vanilla extract, and then mix them together. Then add the scoop of protein powder.
3Add the milk, egg, protein, and vanilla mixture to the dry ingredients and gently fold in.
4Add the cinnamon, peanut butter, honey, applesauce, and rasins to the mixture. Only fold in a few times. Do not overmix.
5Use a tablespoon measurement to place them on a cookie sheet. They do not need much space between them because they will not spread. The mixture should be relatively solid.
6Place the cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes, or until the middles are done. I like to take them out a bit before then to have a more gooey texture, like oatmeal.
