Cover bottom of casserole dishes, 2 11X7 dishes or 1 13X9 dish, with broccoli.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, soup, broth (I use the liquid from cooking the chicken if I have it; instead of buying broth) and lemon juice. Set aside.

Debone and shred cooked chicken.

Place chicken on top of broccoli in casserole dish.

Pore mayonnaise mixture over chicken and broccoli.

Melt butter in sauce pan and saute bread crumbs until well toasted.

Sprinkle toasted bread crumbs over casserole dish.
