1Preheat the oven to 200oC.
2Marinate chicken thigh with oyster sauce, corn starch, sugar, salt and pepper. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
3Put the chicken thigh in a baking tray. Wrap the baking tray with aluminum foil and brush it with a pastry brush with butter. Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes.
4In a medium pot over medium heat, add water to boil, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper sauce, sugar and black pepper.
5Remove your black pepper sauce from heat to cool and thicken for about five minutes.
6Add the sauce over the chicken.
