Marinate chicken thigh with oyster sauce, corn starch, sugar, salt and pepper. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

Put the chicken thigh in a baking tray. Wrap the baking tray with aluminum foil and brush it with a pastry brush with butter. Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes.

In a medium pot over medium heat, add water to boil, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper sauce, sugar and black pepper.
