Recipe Description
This cake gets better, more moists and flavorful as it ages. It is perfect for picnics or pot luck dinners. Cut servings right out of the baking pan. Tips: this can be stored up to 2 days at room temperature and up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator

in a large bowl, beat toge4thr the4 eggs, ugar, oil and vanilla until smooth

Blend together flour, cinnanmon and salt.

Add flour mixture to egg mixture, blending well.

Dissolve baking soda in water. Add to batter. Combine well.

Add nuts and apples. Combine well. Batter will be very thick.

Spoon batter into greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan.

Dust with powdered sugar when completely cool. Garnish with apple wedges.
