sugar, powdered - reserve for glaze

Unroll prepared pie crust on lightly floured surface.

Spread jam or preserves in a thin layer evenly over entire crust all the way to the edges.

Using a pastry cutter, cut the pie crust into 32 wedge shapes pieces.

Roll wedges from the wide end with the filling on the inside.

Place on a non stick foil wrapped cookie sheet.

Refrigerate all the roll ups for one hour.

Preheat oven at 450 degrees.

Bake cookies 10 - 12 minutes until lightly brown.

Cool on rack.

Mske thick glaze with sugar and water.
