1Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
1Pile asparagus onto a baking sheet.
2Pile trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet.
3Add tomatoes and shallots.
4In a small bowl, mix olive oil, tarragon, salt, pepper, red pepper,and garlic.
5Drizzle sherry wine and lemon juice into bowl while stirring continuously to ensure well incorporation into mixture.
6Pour mixture over asparagus, tomatoes and shallots.
7Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
8Remove from oven,toss with a squirt of lemon and serve.
