Preheat oven at 375 degrees.

Pile asparagus onto a baking sheet.

Pile trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet.

Add tomatoes and shallots.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, tarragon, salt, pepper, red pepper,and garlic.

Drizzle sherry wine and lemon juice into bowl while stirring continuously to ensure well incorporation into mixture.

Pour mixture over asparagus, tomatoes and shallots.

Bake in oven for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven,toss with a squirt of lemon and serve.
