tortilla chips - restaurant stype or strips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown ground beef in a sauce pan until no pink is visible.

Drain and rinse pinto beans.

1 can of Spanish rice works best, but any cooked rice can be used.

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine beans, picante sauce, rice, beef and 1/2 of the cheese.

Bake casserole for 25 minutes in oven.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
