Brown ground beef.

Chop onion, celery, and carrots.

Add to browning ground beef and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes, salt, oregano, pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil.

Decrease heat and cook for 60 minutes.

Cook pasta as directed on package.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir in cooked pasta and spinach.

Pour into a 13X9 casserole dish and top with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
