Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown ground beef.
2Chop onion, celery, and carrots.
3Add to browning ground beef and cook for 5 minutes.
4Stir in tomatoes, salt, oregano, pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil.
5Decrease heat and cook for 60 minutes.
6Cook pasta as directed on package.
7Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
8Stir in cooked pasta and spinach.
9Pour into a 13X9 casserole dish and top with parmesan cheese.
10Bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
