Prepare sprouts by peeling off outside leaves and removing stems. Cut in half.

In a medium sauce pan, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.

Add salt to taste.

Boil sprouts for 10 minutes.

In a large fry pan, brown butter and add sprouts.

Cook sprouts over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat. Add capers and lemon juice.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
