Steps
Sequence Step
1Prepare sprouts by peeling off outside leaves and removing stems. Cut in half.
2In a medium sauce pan, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.
3Add salt to taste.
4Boil sprouts for 10 minutes.
5In a large fry pan, brown butter and add sprouts.
6Cook sprouts over medium heat for 10 minutes.
7Remove from heat. Add capers and lemon juice.
8Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
9Serve warm.
