Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut chicken breast in half lengthwise.
2Lightly coat breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3Mix equal parts of sour cream and prepared dijon mustard together and set aside in a shallow dish.
4Add bread crumbs to a second shallow dish.
5Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
6Coat each chicken breast in sour cream mixture, followed by bread crumbs.
7Place coated chicken breast in a single layer inside a baking dish.
8Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
9Serve hot.
