Cut chicken breast in half lengthwise.

Lightly coat breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Mix equal parts of sour cream and prepared dijon mustard together and set aside in a shallow dish.

Add bread crumbs to a second shallow dish.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Coat each chicken breast in sour cream mixture, followed by bread crumbs.

Place coated chicken breast in a single layer inside a baking dish.
